By using the facilities and participating in any activities at Urban Playground, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You understand and acknowledge that the activities and facilities at Urban Playground involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury, disability, paralysis, or death, and damage to property. You voluntarily assume all such risks. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You hereby release and forever discharge Urban Playground, their owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with your use of the facilities and participation in any activities, including but not limited to any claims for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urban Playground, their owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the facilities and participation in any activities. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY: You agree that Urban Playground may use photographs and videos of you for promotional and marketing purposes. AGE RESTRICTIONS: You acknowledge that certain activities may have age restrictions and that you will comply with all such restrictions.
